FortiCelTM a proprietary thin film paint coating which incorporates mildewcides that inhibit the growth of molds and mildew. When FortiCelTM is properly applied*, the dried film coating minimizes the growth of mold.

How does FortiCelTM Work?

FortiCel's protective barrier will provide unparalleled microbial growth inhibition on all treated construction surfaces thereby inhibiting the potential of mold growth on the FortiCelTM film. This dried film will not wash off, or degrade over time, ensuring long term benefit of the film integrity. This means that the benefits of the FortiCelTM coating will remain intact even in the most challenging environments.

Is FortiCelTM Safe?

FortiCelTM is absolutely safe. As an environmentally friendly product with zero VOCs and no off-gassing, FortiCelTM qualifies as a "GREEN BUILDING PRODUCT". Rest assured, FortiCelTM provides a great deal of protection but is not hazardous in any way.

How Does the FortiCelTM Warranty Work?

Upon closing the transaction for your home, you will receive a document outlining the terms and conditions of the FortiCelTM warranty as well as an outline of all areas that have been treated in your home. If at any point in the future, you suspect that the product has failed to meet its intended claims according to the terms and conditions set forth in the warranty document, and subsequently all of the conditions of the warranty are met, then simply call our toll free number listed and we will investigate the area in question. If a warranty claim is valid and all terms and conditions set forth in the warranty document are satisfied, then PCG will bring cure to the area affected and pay all remediation expenses associated with removing the growth covered by your warranty.
